Here's the link to cleaned pages:
http://www.mediafire.com/?62ac5d3coctozfc
For the first and second page I used topaz denoise 3, JPEG_hq filter, not sure if you want me to use it, last one was cleaned using other methods :). I don't know what should be the resolution of the cleaned pages, so I used 1000px height, I can resize it. If you have any idea how to make those pages look better, please let me know so I could improve.

Wow! These are really good! But that is just me. I'll have to get my temporary cleaner to verify and once she does then you'll be a part of the team. Thanks!

Well i really like the 2 last cleans. But the first two were just okay. I mean it's a little bit to dark.
Here is what my cleans for one of those pages would look like:

It would have been more blurred if bigger. but still relatively the same.
Anyways over all i say you should assign Jaion to the project for the second cleans.

Topaz denoise and clean, and gaussian blurr.
But i haven't really played with it to see the best product yet. so that was just what manga's usually need. it turned out okay.
Anyways i did the following steps.
I guassian blurred it resized it to size 1200. Then topaz denoised it: denoise~ 1 Retaining detail ~ 0.45
Then i sharpened it.
Then used topaz clean.
But like i said i haven't really played with this one. i just did a quick run over it in five minutes.
